Policies
No Senior week, prom weeks, or rentals to teens and college students. The primary renter must be 25 years old. Renting party must be present at the property during the rental period.
CANCELLATION: TENANT can only cancel reservation in writing. If TENANT cancels the reservation before the Check-in date, The OWNER will make every attempt to book another reservation for the same time period. If the Rental Property is re-booked at the same rate or greater, TENANT will receive a full refund of the amount paid minus a 10% service fee to re-list and re-book the property.
Purchase of Travel Insurance is strongly encouraged along with reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the TENANT’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
RESERVATION: Is confirmed upon receipt of TENANT's signed rental agreement and deposit or payment in full. The remaining balance is due by January 1st.
Payment can be made via Zelle, Venmo or Check.

2 Houses Away from the Beach
The location is beautiful and quiet. The beds were soooo comfortable along with the comforters. I loved it. I would stay here again. Easy check in and check out. Not many food spots near by, maybe 30 mins out. Nonetheless, very comfortable and peaceful. Catch the sun rise at the beach right around the corner.

Great condo with great location
This condo was beautiful and the location could not have been better. Two blocks from the beach and several blocks from some restaurants/stores. Made access to the beach and getting meals very easy. Condo was recently remodeled and is absolutely beautiful, particularly the kitchen and bathrooms. Plenty of room for four adults and two kids. Beds and sofa were not the most comfortable, but otherwise there is nothing that I would change. This is a great property with great location!
