Just a mile bike ride to the boardwalk and short walk to the 29th St beach. A short walk to the 34th street "Sand Castle Park" with large playground, basketball and tennis courts. You can catch some waves at the 29th Street Surfing Beach - bring your fishing poles, kayaks, paddle and surf boards, or rent from the nearby the 31st "Surfers Supply" Shop.
Enjoy a large well-equipped kitchen, settle in for a family movie night, have a ping pong match in the screened-in garage, or gather for a family meal & game night in the large dining room with seats for all. Ample parking for all guests.

If the RENTER cancels the reservation before the Check-in date, The OWNER will make every attempt to book another reservation for the same time period. If the Rental Property is re-booked at the same rate or greater, RENTER will receive a full refund of the amount paid minus a 15% service fee to re-list and rebook the property.

Can’t wait to do it again
I had such a great time here. The decor was great and it felt homey and comfortable. There was a lot of us but always enough seating in every room. And the beds were so cozy. I absolutely recommend. The area is really nice too. I loved the little garage sun room in the back!
