Beautiful
The house is very comfortable, modern and will meet your every need. Ocean views are fantastic and easy private walk onto the beach. Elevator is anwesome for loading/unloading! Owner is great to work with, I would definitely rent again!

Relaxing Week / Awesome House

Beautiful views and meticulous accommodations!
From the moment we booked this rental, Renee and Rick were friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one! The cleanliness of the rental was like no other and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking and making ourselves at home. We didn't have the best weather week - but that didn't matter because it was stocked with games and puzzles to pass the time. Even though this was a first floor rental, it was high enough over the dunes so we enjoyed a lot of time on the deck watching the waves and having great conversation. Renee also checked in with us multiple times during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. It was truly a wonderful get away. You will not be disappointed with booking this listing!

Favorite house!
I have been coming to OCNJ all my life. We feel so lucky we found Renee’s stunning home and will continue to come back every year! The living space is amazing - plenty of comfortable seating. The kitchen is well stocked! The porch was our absolute favorite!! Having the outdoor shower right off the beach made ending our beach days so easy. The walk way to the beach leads you right to the lifeguard and made the walk to and from as simple as possible. The bedrooms are great sizes. Our kids loved the bunk bed room with individual cubbies with outlets for each. The bathrooms worked out great too with the hallway one having a tub and then having a half bath is huge and very rare for houses on the island. Other than beach tags, sheets, comforters and towels (which is common for rentals) this house has it all and we had the best week ever! We can’t wait to come back!

Perfect location, beautiful home
The house is absolutely beautiful! It has everything we needed and the location could not be any better! We had a multi generational family vacation and being beachfront, was ideal for our family to have the ease to be on and off the beach as needed with kids ages ranging from 5 to 1. Plenty of space, decorated beautifully, and everything you need for a great vacation! The kids loved the bunk bedroom. We definitely plan to be back. Renee and her husband were wonderful to work with and super helpful with any questions we had. Definitely recommend!

The Perfect Family Vacation Rental!
Our stay was absolutely perfect! We felt so welcomed and comfortable the minute we arrived. The house was beautiful, clean, and spacious with a breathtaking view of the ocean. We especially loved the elevator which was very helpful for my mom who is handicapped. Renee and Rick were amazing hosts and always available! I cannot recommend this wonderful vacation rental enough! Many special memories were made with our family and 6 month old baby girl. We are forever grateful and cannot wait to return next year!!!

Gorgeous Beach Home
This is an exceptionally beautiful home located right on the beach in OC. Beautifully furnished and everything you could want is there, plus the owners are wonderful! Really great having the elevator to use and the beds are very comfortable. Was so nice to be in a home that has plenty of bathrooms and plenty of hot water! The outdoor shower was awesome too. This home was so well designed, even though we were on the lower floor we had a great ocean view from the living room & veranda. Many homes in OC that are beachfront don't always have ocean views if you are on the lower floor. We will be back next year!

Perfect Place
This is an absolutely beautiful unit, located right on the beach in a quiet part of OCNJ but still close to everything. The view alone is worth the rate, but the space is quite literally immaculate. The home is built with the finest materials and everything is well conceived. From back porch and outdoor shower, to the beautiful bathrooms inside, comfortable and updated patio furniture, to the climate control, this is a wonderful option for a short or extended stay. On top of it all, the hosts are super friendly and very responsive. We felt at home immediately and my family—including three young boys—loved every minute. We can’t wait to get back next summer; hoping for the same perfect weather. Thank you to Renee and Rick for everything!
