Park your car in our private garage and you won't have to drive again. Enjoy coffee on our spacious covered porch and watch the air shows and fireworks over the water from there. There's plenty of room to spread out and relax and nothing is far away. We provide everything you need, except linens and towels, to make you feel at home. The open concept living room and kitchen are perfect for family gatherings. The stainless steel kitchen is furnished with modern appliances and all ready for you to display your cooking skills. There is a back porch as well if you need some peace and quiet. When you don't feel like cooking, it's only three blocks to Asbury Street, where you can find unique shops and many great restaurants. It's a family-oriented town and there are many things to do.

Great place to stay!
Great location and price. Kathy was a great host and replied with quickly to inquiries. Would definitely recommend for those who want to stay in OC. Very close to boardwalk and restaurants.

Great Time!
Extremely friendly and thorough communication. Answered all my questions and concerns. My family enjoyed our entire stay and Kathleen did everything to ensure we were comfortable. The property is well maintained, clean, modern, and literal steps from the boardwalk. Highly recommend booking with Kathleen and I will be booking with her again when I go back to OCNJ! Thanks for a great vacation!
