Description
Enjoy sweeping oceans views and beautiful sunrises from this newly renovated, luxury vacation home. Huge picture windows provide stunning views from inside the house while an oversized deck allows you to listen to the sounds of the ocean as you relax outside. A private beach path provides direct access to the beautiful (and uncrowded) 39th Street beach. At night, enjoy a short family walk to Aunt Betty's on 40th Street for ice cream.
The house sleeps 10 comfortably and has 4 large bedrooms with 2 1/2 baths (including a master bath that has been fully renovated for the 2024 season). An additional bonus bedroom suite with private full bath is available on the ground floor upon request ($500/week add'l charge). A large, well appointed kitchen with new appliances includes all the essentials while the family room includes a 65" smart tv with premium channels.
We know how important pets are to families and our house is dog friendly (limit two dogs). The fee is $350/week or $500/week for two.
Our beach house is loaded with amenities including a ground floor game room with ping-pong & foosball. In addition, guests have access to bikes, beach chairs, kayaks, boogie boards, and a gas grill. We also provide beach tags (6) for our guest's use. Linens and towels are available or guests may bring their own. The house is professionally cleaned and sanitized each week.
Please note that our beach house is on a Friday-Friday rental week (versus Sat-Sat). We have rented this way for many years, and our guests love it as it allows them to avoid Sat beach traffic both coming and going.

Policies
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

Amazing beachfront home
We have stayed at this home for a few years now, and we are so very impressed with everything. John and his wife consistently improve the home, and so when we arrive the next summer, it is even better! The beachfront home has a private access directly in front of the house, which is not only convenient, but creates even better views. The house has bikes, beach equipment, a cabana bath, a ping pong table, and plenty of
garage/parking. Everything you need is included! The kitchen is large, beautiful, and functional. You make your breakfast and drink your coffee while watching the waves crash. What could be better? The bedrooms are large and well adorned.
This end of Ocean City is quieter, which we love. The beach isn’t crowded, and the house location allows you to go back up for lunch very easily.
I really don’t have enough good things to say about the house and the owners. My kids have had the best memories - from the beach to ping pong tournaments! We love it here!

What a view!
We had a great stay - the house was great and the ocean front views and beach access were exceptional. It was everything we were looking for and much more! We’re looking forward to renting again next year!

Wonderful vacation location
My family had another wonderful vacation at this house in OceanCity. Whether you are sitting on the deck or sitting on the beach enjoying the beautiful views, you are certainly happy relaxing in a great house and beach. John and Lisa are great to deal with on your reservation. This is a beautiful house, well stocked and comfortable. It is a great location in the south end of Ocean City.

Great house! Great location l!
We have stayed at this house under the previous owners. We love the house - it’s spacious, it has a beautiful view, and the location is perfect. The new owners have updated and renovated the home making it even more perfect for a family beach vacation.
The house has literally everything you need, and it’s right on the private beach access. It’s a pretty quiet stretch of beach with the lifeguard stand.
We couldn’t recommend the house more highly!

A Beautiful Time
Ocean City has always been a magical place for me since I was a little girl, bringing friends and family together for some shore time memories. 3925 Central Ave was a place that did just that. Between its beautiful views, amazing location and plentiful amenities, this property is a true treasure. There is no need to worry that something will be lacking. The owners John and Lisa are great! They are very attentive and just wonderful people! You can't go wrong with 3925 Central!! We had an amazing time!!

Extended family vacation spot
We enjoyed our stay with such great hosts. John and Lisa are very welcoming and available to address any questions or concerns for our first OCNJ visit. Many amenities included - sheets, bath towels, fully stocked kitchen supplies, pantry basics, bikes, beach gear AND MORE! Perfect location with enough room for our extended family. Everything was great!

Awesome Family Vacation
If you want a beautiful home with magnificent views and large enough for you and your family, look no further. My husband, son, daughter-in-law and our five grandchildren spent a wonderful week in this home. The owners, John and Lisa, are great. The home is well equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. A bonus room was thoroughly enjoyed by our family. You are right on the beach with the walkway right in front of the house. The location is wonderful. We love the south end because it is quiet. We love Ocean City because it is a very family friendly town. Thank you Lisa and John for making our week comfortable and enjoyable. See you next year for sure.

GREAT VIEWS, GREAT BEACH and GREAT VACATION HOME
John and Lisa's beachfront vacation home is absolutely wonderful. It has everything you could possibly need for your stay at the Shore. We have rented this property for the last 5 years. The view from the first floor is wonderful - you have a full view of the beach, which sometimes first floor rentals do not have. As of last year, the kitchen has been upgraded with new appliances and new flooring has been put in throughout. One of the things we love is that there are 2 1/2 bathrooms, but the availability of another bathroom on the first floor if needed. There is also a shared gameroom on the bottom floor where the adults and kids love to play ping pong and foosball. Also there is the availability of a 5th bedroom and another full bathroom if needed for an additional fee. John and Lisa provide tons of beach extras, like chairs, toys, beach games, boogie boards, bikes and beach tags. The location is great for our family - we love Aunt Betty's ice cream, so it is an easy walk. Best of all, John and Lisa are wonderful hosts and great communicators. If you need anything, they are on top of it. Look forward to coming back in 2023.
