Ocean City is a family resort town located on an barrier island along the Atlantic Ocean 15 miles south of Atlantic City and 20 to 30 minutes away from Wildwood and Cape May, respectively. The beaches are lifeguard protected during the summer season and there are dedicated areas for surfing.

Policies
Any cancellation request of a booking by the Renter must be in writing.
50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
Security Deposit fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
Normal booking: A 50% DEPOSIT is required for a booking made after January 1 for the current summer season. The remaining 50% balance, PLUS a $500 refundable SECURITY DEPOSIT, is due 60 days prior to arrival.

NO RESERVATIONS ARE SECURED WITHOUT THE INITIAL DEPOSIT PAYMENT, COPY OF SIGNERS DRIVERS LICENSE & THE SIGNED RENTAL LEASE AGREEMENT.
