Warm and Welcoming, A Perfect Beach Getaway for Our Family
We recently stayed at this wonderfully renovated 2nd-floor condo and couldn't have been happier. This spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom rental comfortably accommodated our large family. Additionally, the property includes a 2-car garage and space to park 2 more cars in the driveway, which was incredibly convenient for our group.
The location is fantastic—just a block from the beach and the north end of the boardwalk, nestled on a quiet, tree-lined street. It's perfect for families who want to be within walking distance of the beach, boardwalk, Wednesday morning farmers market, and downtown shopping and restaurants.
One of the highlights is the wrap-around deck. It is perfect for family meals or lounging around for great conversations while enjoying the nice breeze coming from the ocean. You can see the north end of the boardwalk, as the house is just a block away from Gillian's Wonderland. The property comes fully equipped with beach chairs, beach tags, an umbrella, and a beach wagon, making our beach trips a breeze.
We first rented this property back in summer 2021 through an agency and were disappointed when the house was not listed again. Thankfully, we stumbled upon the owner's listing on VROC and booked it right away.
Our family is already looking forward to next year, as this beach house truly feels like our home away from home. Highly recommended for families seeking a perfect beach getaway!

Wonderful Home, Great Vacation!
Had a great vacation because of this house. House was in a perfect location. Located one block away from the boardwalk which allowed us to go to the beach and boardwalk within 5 minutes of leaving the house. The wrap-around covered porch was great for reading, relaxing, and people watching. Is an awesome feature for those that like a good book coupled with a better drink. Can't wait to come back again!

Great vacation rental
We rented the house for a family gathering and the house accommodated all of us perfectly.
The big kitchen was a plus, was stocked with everything you could need and then some and the wrap around porch is definitely a bonus.
The house is beautiful and the owner, Ryan, is very responsive and checked in to see how our visit was a couple of times that week!
Great vacation rental home, close to beach and boardwalk and having the wagons to take our things and kids to the beach was a big plus!

Felt like staying at a friends beach house!
This place was just perfect! It truly felt like we were staying at a friends beach house rather than a rental. The owners responsiveness and care was 10/10! Amazing! This place was extremely clean and felt so homey. I always worry about dirty/uncomfortable rentals with having two little ones but this place was the complete opposite! It was very comfortable and clean. We loved the Adorable beach decor, great furniture, the massive wrap around porch, ALL of the amazing amenities this house offered (we were shocked at how much was in the house!), and the incredible location! Walking distance to everything! We didn’t get in the car once this week! beach, boardwalk, ice cream, shopping and more! Another favorite was the garage and the amount of generous beach items the owners let you borrow. We forgot a wagon, but they had two! Just an awesome place to stay with family, especially with kids! We have nothing negative to say! Would totally stay here again! Thanks so much!

Great Spot for a Family Vacation in OCNJ
Our family has been coming to OCNJ for about 20 years and have had many smooth experiences renting a place up and down the island each summer. Each location came with its own perks: location, beach tags, unit size, available off-street parking, various included amenities, etc. This particular location on Pelham Place, behind Gillian's Wonderland Pier, is not only close to the Boardwalk and everything that comes with that, but also to Asbury Ave, the Monday-Wednesday-Friday morning group exercise spot on the 6th St beach, the high school for the Nor'easters soccer games, the Wednesday Farmers Market just up the street at the Tabernacle; but also just a quick bike ride to bayside and all of the watersports available there. The listing is accurate and the owner very responsive. The unit was clean and the the whole family enjoyed the large porch area and hammock. The large garage was a bonus as it also provided increased security for our collection of bicycles. We've had a couple stolen over the years. This rental would definitely check off many boxes all at once for many types of family renters: cleanliness, security, location, size, and onsite easy parking for a number of vehicles. The only cautions I'd provide to the reader is that the one bathroom is located in the garage area and not within the main living areas upstairs and that there are a number of stairs needed to access the unit, two flights up. The listing from the owner, though, is very accurate and helpful. I would definitely recommend this one.

A great vacation
My family and I stayed here for our weeks vacation and we absolutely loved it!. We come to OCNJ every year and this by far was our favorite house to stay at. The house was VERY clean and homey feeling. Hardwood floors in the main living areas was super nice to have due to sand. The patio was also and amazing bonus. The house was the perfect location, quick walk to beach and boardwalk. I would definitely recommend this house for your next vacation.

Great Family Rental House
Great place to stay, came with everything needed to cook and eat in the kitchen. Great location to the beach/boardwalk just a short walk away plus parking was a huge bonus. The Owner was very responsive to any issues that arrived. Water pressure was great for showering. Kids and family all had a good time. Recommend for any large families to book this place.

What a wonderful place with a very responsive owner!!! We loved it and will return next year! Very close to the boardwalk, Wonderland, shops, and bike rentals. Second floor allows for amazing views as well.

Great Family Vacation
We booked this home for a family vacation with my parents and sister. The home is lovely. It was clean and has enough room. It has three bathrooms which is key when have multiple families staying together. My children had friends visit and there was enough room.
The kitchen is had everything we needed for cooking.
The balcony is roomy where you can enjoy a cup of coffee early in the morning watching the sun rise.
I have two teenagers and my sister has a 3 year old. The location was PERFECT. My teens were able to walk to the boardwalk and meet up with friends. I didn't have to worry about driving them. My parents and sister were able to walk up to the rides with my 3 year old niece almost every night and it was super convenient. It was close to everything - rides, ice cream, food, beach. The location is a block away from the beach and the boardwalk. At night, it was quiet. It is close enough to be near everything yet far enough to enjoy a quiet dinner on the balcony.
The garage and driveway is huge. We had 4 cars and we had no trouble parking.
The process to rent was easy. The owner was great to deal with. Quickly responds to questions and very responsive to any issues.
I would recommend this rental for any families looking for a rental in OC.

Amazing Experience
My family and I have only wonderful things to say about this beautiful, spacious house just a few minute walk from the gorgeous beach and family friendly boardwalk! We are a family of four and shared the house with my sisters family of five and my parents and had plenty of room for us all!! The wrap around deck is perfect for mornings with coffee or evening sunsets for dinner/cocktails! The kitchen had a big island where we could all gather and make meals together and the house was very clean and decorated beautifully! There was an abundance of parking in the big driveway and oversized garage and they provided beach buggies and beach chairs which was very convenient. We went back and forth between boardwalk, beach and house throughout the day since it was only half a block walk! It was the perfect house, location, and beach vacation!!! Thank you!!!
