(1) RESERVATION: The renter must sign and return the rental agreement with the deposit within 7 days to hold the date or, the reservation will be canceled. A 50% deposit (50% of the sum of the rental rate, refundable security deposit, and cleaning fee), is due within 7 days. The remaining 50% will be due 30 days prior to arrival. The security deposit will be returned within 7 days. Venmo or checks are accepted.
(2) Family rentals only. No Senior week, prom weeks, or rentals to teens and college students. The primary renter must be 25 years old. Renting party must be present at the property during the rental period. The primary renter must be a resident of the United States.
(3) CANCELLATION POLICY: Renters can only cancel their reservation in writing. If the RENTER cancels the reservation before the check-in date, the OWNER will make every attempt to book another reservation for the same time period. If the rental property is re-booked at the same rate or greater, the renter will receive a full refund of the amount paid minus a 15% service fee to re-list and re-book the property. If the rental property is not re-booked the renter will continue to be responsible for the full amount of the rental under the terms, conditions, and payments of the lease. If the rental property is not re-rented for full price, the difference will be due from the renter and/or be deducted from any payments received.

Great House for Family Vacations!
My family and our friends just spent the week at 637 Wesley (four adults and three small children). The house is close to both the boardwalk and beachfront, as well as the OCNJ shopping and restaurant area on Asbury and surrounding streets. The house could not be in a better location. We happened to have a fair amount of rainy weather during our week, and we were all thankful to have comfortable and spacious accommodations, plus a well-appointed porch from which to watch the rain. The bedrooms were similarly comfortable and had room for portable cribs for the youngest of the kids. Indoor and outdoor showers were great. Would absolutely stay here again.

637 Wesley Avenue
My family recently had a family reunion in Ocean City New Jersey. We were so lucky to find 637 Wesley Avenue which was large enough to accommodate my family under one roof! The house was immaculate and featured every amenity we needed. It featured 3, beautifully updated, full baths, 2 private outdoor showers, and slept 14 people comfortably. The colors and decor was very beachy! To top it off, it was within walking distance of everything we wanted: beach, boardwalk, shopping and restaurants! My whole family enjoyed our stay here! I HIGHLY recommend this home and can't wait to go back!

Amazing Summer Rental Find!
I was so lucky to have found this amazing property for my family and I. The home was spacious with a lovely and newly renovated kitchen, cozy living room area for game nights, and lots of bedrooms for us to spread out in. We especially enjoyed spending time sitting out on the front porch in the evenings. The location was great with easy access to the beach! Highly recommend.

Great House Close to Everything!
What a great place to stay! Very clean, and nicely decorated. Plenty of room for our family and we never felt crowded and enough bathrooms that there was never a wait. Close to downtown, grocery store, boardwalk, and walking distance to the beach. There are plenty of dining options, just remember OCNJ is a dry town and bring your own.
