This modern residence features all the enhancements you need for an ideal getaway. Upon parking your vehicle in the garage, you may find it easy to forget about it while enjoying your time in the vibrant center of Ocean City.
You will appreciate the convenience of being just a short stroll away from the numerous attractions Ocean City has to offer. The beach and boardwalk are only a five-minute walk from your location, and nearby establishments include The Varsity, Starbucks, Manco and Manco Pizza, Hobby Horse Ice Cream Parlor, Acme, Yianni's, and various other dining options. Families with young children will find the Ocean City 8th Street Playground, situated at the intersection of 8th and Haven, just a seven-minute walk away, providing a perfect spot for play.
Our spacious second-floor condominium boasts an open layout, featuring a generous family room equipped with a smart TV and cable. The kitchen is adorned with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, offering a dining table that accommodates eight, along with additional counter seating for seven. Fully stocked, the kitchen includes a toaster, Keurig and automatic drip coffee makers, slow cooker, griddle/panini press, blender, and an ample supply of dishes, glasses, utensils, pots, and pans.
Five bedrooms include:
Bedroom #1: master suite with king size bed and en-suite bathroom with double vanity and walk in shower.
Bedroom #2: queen bed and access to the Jack-and-Jill bathroom
Bedroom #3: twin over full size bunk bed with access to the Jack and Jill bathroom
Bedroom #4: 2 twin beds
Bedroom #5 has 2 sets of twin bunks with 2 trundles that sleep 6,
Accommodating a total of 15 guests, this property is perfect for family gatherings.
Pillows, comforters, and mattress pads are supplied; however, guests are required to bring their own sheets. The residence features three bathrooms, including one conveniently located off the main hallway with a full tub and shower, a Jack-and-Jill bathroom connecting bedrooms #2 and #3 with a full-size tub, shower, and double vanity, and a master bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower, double vanity, and additional amenities such as a hair dryer, scale, and magnifying mirror. Guests should also bring their own sheets and towels.
A highlight for both children and adults is the ground floor game room, which includes a Foosball table, a Shuffleboard table, a large screen Smart TV with a PS3 game system, as well as a selection of PS3 games and board games.
Other amenities include a fully enclosed and private outdoor shower, enclosed private entrance to condo with keyless entry, Wi-Fi, large garage for parking and storing your gear. Extra refrigerator in garage. Full sized washer and dryer, iron & ironing board, pack-n-play and booster seat. Furnished balcony overlooking beautiful Wesley Avenue.

Thank you for a wonderful vacation!
We stayed the week of Thanksgiving. It's a lovely house, well decorated, excellent location - close to downtown shops. Well stocked with kitchen items needed for cooking a Thanksgiving dinner.

Fantastic stay!!
Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The house is beautiful & was very well stocked. They even had a water filter on the fridge. Loved the keyless entry. Super clean & did not bug you about cleaning like crazy before you left! We certainly did our part but some owners go bonkers about this. The bikes, beach carts, chairs, buggies were such an added bonus!!! Location was fabulous!! Extra fridge in the garage was super helpful too. And the game room!
Ken was very responsive & great to work with! We would rebook in a heartbeat!

Amazing Family Vacation 5/5
This house is situated perfectly within Ocean City, NJ. We did not move our cars for an entire week as we could walk to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, grocery store and more. The city itself is perfect for families and this rental has also been laid out great for families.
There is a large open area with Kitchen, living room, balcony etc... with all of the rooms off a main hallway. This allowed us to have enough room to support multiple activities. The entrance is separate from the other unit so that we only saw the other families once the entire week.
The bonus room in the garage was great for the kids to escape and could be accessed without having to go outside.
The inside is clean and updated with plenty of beds, tv's, appliances... etc....
This was our 1st time to Ocean City and wont be our last. We would look to rent this unit again after 1st visit.

Our family enjoyed staying here and have reserved it again for 2025! The owner is amazing with awesome communication! The place is well stocked and cared for…very clean! We had plenty of room for everyone in the kitchen and family room! Beds were great! The extra fridge and game room in the garage were a PLUS! The location is fantastic! Highly recommend!!

Great Place to Stay in OCNJ
The property is clean modern and centrally located in Ocean City NJ. Everything for a beach stay is within walking distance. Our stay was golf focused and the location is perfect. There are multiple top tier golf courses within a 20 minute drive. OC is a BYOB town but there are additional full service bar/restaurant options across the bay in Somers Point. Would definitely stay again!

Best ever
Voted by our family the best vacation rental we ever stayed in. Condo had everything advertised and more. Well stocked kitchen with high end appliances and cabinets and furniture throughout. We are already looking forward to staying there again as it is close to all the attractions ocean city has to offer.

Amazing experience, central to everything, beautiful home
This property is top notch. The owner takes great pride in their home and it shows. The family had an amazing vacation due in large part to this home away from home. It was 2-3 block walk to the beach, grocery, ice cream, shopping... We parked and were able to not move our cars except for planned outings beyond Ocean City. OC continues to be our favorite vacation destination. Thank you for sharing you home with us.

Relaxing week away.
We rented the property as a family of 12. Two adults and ten children. Everyone was able to comfortably settle in and feel at home. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony and the sunrises were amazing. The bonus room downstairs was perfect for the kids to have their own mini vacation hideaway as well. All the details made a difference! Ken was excellent and responded to us quickly to rectify the one issue we had. Would definitely recommend and look forward to going back.
