Where The Boardwalk Ends is located near the corner of Asbury Ave and 23rd, where the famous Ocean City boardwalk ends. You have easy access to the end of the boards, whether your strolling along people and house watching, or running and biking, this prime location gives you great access to the boardwalk and beach. Located in the prestigious Gold Coast area, this spotless home is just two short blocks to the beach. 2 blocks from Uncle Bill’s pancake house, Aunt Betty’s Ice Cream, Blitz Deli and Nauti Doughnuts, and walking distance to Kessels Korner and Dots bakery. This first-floor condo is on the bayside of Asbury Avenue. What does that mean for you? It means that the front porch gets shade in the afternoon so you can enjoy a cold drink on the front porch after a nice day at the beach. After all What happens on the porch stays on the porch.
Features a master bedroom with a queen-size bed, door out onto the back deck and a master bathroom with a stall shower. The second bedroom has a double and twin bed. The third bedroom offers a pyramid style bunk bed - a twin over a full with and additional twin bed. The second full bathroom has a tub and shower. Pull out Couch with full sized bed. (Please note that the hall bath linen closet is locked at all times and is not available for use by renters.) We offer off-street parking spot in driveway. This house has 10x10 space in the garage for all of your beach toys. Total sleeping for 9 people. 1 flat-screen TV, basic cable and WiFi. Full sized washer and dryer. Kitchen features large granite eating area, large kitchen table and all the amenities you need to whip up a home cooked meal. Outdoor furniture on the front deck includes a love seat, coffee table and two chairs. There is also an grill out back for when you want to get your grille on. SPOTLESS AND CONVENIENT!
Places within walking distance are the start of the boardwalk, restaurants, ice cream, park and playground. Ocean City has a fabulous bike trail and an awesome boardwalk. It features the Music Pier with first-rate shows that you find online. Boardwalk shops & food start on 14th Street - an easy walk or bike-ride away! Historic Cape May is about 30 minutes south and Atlantic City is about 25 minutes north.

No pets allowed
Due to Covid19 Tenant needs to bring their own bedding including sheets, pillows, blankets and towels.
Easy access on and off the island: Only one mile to the 34th street bridge. If you have ever tried to find a parking spot during the season, you can appreciate the value of off-street parking spaces. Tenant is required to sign a lease.

Great Beach House
Where The Boardwalk Ends is a great place to spend a week at the shore. It is centrally located to everything. House is modern, clean and had everything we needed. The front porch was a great place to sit, have our beverages and enjoy the breeze. Mike and Michele are great hosts. They were hospitable and were available if we needed anything. We will definitely rent again.

Summer Bliss
We thoroughly enjoyed our vaction at Where the Boardwalk Ends! The home was very clean and spacious for the 4 of us. The location was great.! We enjoyed our morning walks on the boardwalk and our walks into town. The porch was our favorite part of the house. It was nice and relaxing! The owners were great too. They were available to answer any questions we had. Great place!!!

Another stellar week on the Gold Coast of Ocean City, NJ
Had a fabulous week in Ocean City! The owners, Mike & Michele are consumate hosts.....pleasant, respectful, responsive; just a joy to interact with. They've already 'penciled' us in for August 2025. We are especially enamored with their dog Gus......never saw a being so happy to see my husband every morning! Looking forward to another wonderful week next season! The Shore
We had a Wonderful stay at Where the Boardwalk Ends. The Best was the front porch. Such a nice Breeze and we spent a lot of time enjoying and talking on the porch. The owners, Michael and Michele, were very accommodating and made sure everything was okay before and after our trip. Great Location and plenty of room with an open kitchen and family room. We Loved it. Can't wait to go back :)

A Wonderful Family Getaway
Just returned from our week at Where the Boardwalk Ends. The rental is clean and spacious. We were 6 adults and a baby and we were all comfortable with everyone having ample space. The home is well appointed and located at the quiet end of the boardwalk. That said it is an easy walk on the boardwalk to the amusements and shops which we did each morning and evening. It is also a straight walk down Asbury Ave. to the adorable downtown with cute shops and cafes. There is a handbook there to let you know where to eat and what to do. We stayed during a heatwave and the AC worked perfectly, however the front porch always had a breeze and was a perfect spot to read a book, take a nap or drink a cocktail. Michael and Michele are excellent hosts who make certain all questions are answered and all needs are met. I highly recommend this home if you are planning a stay at the shore.

Perfect Beachhouse!
Had a great stay! House was clean, homey and exactly what we were looking for! Perfect location, only a few minute walk to the beach, and a nice walk on the boardwalk up to the amusements. Can’t wait to go back next year!

A wonderful repeat experience
This was our second year in a row in OCNJ at Where The Boardwalk Ends. The porch was our favorite place to hang out second to the beach.
The Morelli family are delightful. Communication is important to me. Five stars for Mike and Michelle in regard to communication which puts me at ease. No question goes unanswered.The kitchen was well supplied for our meal preparation needs. The furniture is comfortable and tasteful. The home is also updated and clean. We will be back, same time same place. For us the boardwalk indeed does end at this delightful beach rental.

Great family vacation!!
We had a great week in what we feel is the best part of OC. Condo is spacious and updated and the location is perfect for our needs. Owners are very friendly and responsive. We really enjoyed out rime away and hope to be back again next summer.
