Full-on fantastic nightly sunsets from your screened-in porch & shared outdoor seating area facing the scenic natural marsh land and Intracoastal Waterway with boats going by. Walk 100 yards to explore the wetlands with 2 available kayaks. Boaters welcome (separate fee, rules apply) with Corson’s Boat ramp just one mile up the road. Protected ocean beach with bathrooms next to the natural beauty of Corson’s Inlet State Park just a short bike or car ride away. Quiet walking trail & bike path (2 cruiser bikes included) just outside your door. Located in a friendly neighborhood on a dead-end street for children to play and a full playground a few blocks away. Restaurants, take-out, and ice cream parlor nearby.
Updated kitchen with all modern appliances. Sleeps 8 with 3 Queens, 1 twin & cot. Lots of street parking plus 2 covered parking spots, private storage room and new outdoor shower. 2 TVs with cable HBOMax, Prime, and Wi-Fi. Beach tags included.
No smoking. No pets. Well-behaved children welcome. Owner on premises. We are looking for respectful renters who want to establish a memory-filled yearly relationship.
Must be 25 yrs old as principal renter. Security deposit required.

gorgeous sunsets
This was our 2nd year staying with Lou & Linda. Spacious, updated, clean condo. The screened in porch is sunny with lots of seating capacity. The distance from the beach is offset by the quiet neighborhood and fabulous view of the marsh/bay area and amazing sunsets. We walked to the beach and got our steps in! Love south end of Ocean City and Corson's Inlet is fun to explore.

Loved this unit
This was the best rental we’ve rented.Really nice updated unit with GORGEOUS VIEWS! It was in a really nice quiet location with a short walk to 53rd street playground and the beach.We really enjoyed our stay.

Sunsets on the Marsh
My husband, daughter, 2 grandsons and I had a glorious week in Ocean City. Our hosts were wonderful and the condo exceeded my expectations. It was very clean, comfortable, and had the most extraordinary view of the marsh. Louis’ description of the neighborhood is spot on. My husband and I are originally from Ocean City and so sisters, cousins, nephews and nieces were able to celebrate the sunsets with us on the lovely screened in deck. Thanks to Linda and Louis for sharing their home.
It was a perfect family vacation.

Still dreaming of the sunsets
We had an amazing time!! Our family of 6 had plenty of room. The place was beautiful and the owners, Linda and Lou were wonderful!
The place was clean, updated, with breathtaking views. The deck was screened in so no bugs. There was a great cross breeze. We walked or biked to the beach day. We love that it was quiet, but still close to everything. Thanks again for having us and we can’t wait to come back!!!

A Good Place to Stay
Stayed with my son, his wife and three grandchildren from May 28th to June 4th. We had a great time. The accommodation were great. Very Clean. Had storage area on the ground floor for extra stuff and also offered their fishing, crabbing and beach chairs in case you needed any. Would recommend staying to watch a sunset.
