Policies
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

Made Our Vacation Perfect!
This rental made our vacation exactly what we hoped for! It was so close to the beach - which made runs back to the house quick and easy, the outside shower and washer/dryer is a game changer when you have kids! The balcony was big enough to store our beach gear and still have plenty of room to hang out. Absolutely staying again!! The owners are quick to respond and very nice. Thank you Hogelands!

Dishonest business owner
We rented this home the week of July 22, 2023. The home itself was nice and location was prime. However, the owner, Wes Hogeland, returned my $150 deposit only to have the bank return it to him for being non-deliverable. I gave given him an alternative address but he still refuses to return my deposit. I would never rent from this dishonest businessman again. It’s been almost a year and still no returned deposit.

Totally worth it!

This was one of our best ...
This was one of our best vacations. The location was perfect. We biked and walked everywhere. Had the car out twice. The apartment is spacious and has all the amenities. We have three boys and there was room for all. Thanks for the washer/dryer. We hope to return soon.
