Accommodations: 2nd Floor Condo, 3 Bedrooms + New Convertible Queen sofa bed, 2 Full Baths (Sleeps 8) plus a portable crib and 1 single inflatable bed. Flat screen TV's in every room with HD DVD player in livingroom with built in WiFi. Newly re-decorated, all new living room/dining room furniture, spacious open family room with vaulted ceilings and new window treatments. All new Andersen sliding glass doors, new decks/porches and new porch furniture out back! New central A/C. New wall-to-wall carpet. The OCNJ Boardwalk Trolley route goes up/down Wesley Ave (just behind our property). The Boardwalk Trolley runs every 15 minutes from 5:00 pm to 12:00 midnight. Driver stops at every corner on the route (23rd street).
Rates: All in season Rentals are weekly rentals only (from Saturday to Saturday) no weekend rentals between Memorial Day and Labor Day, we don't allow any pets and we are a smoke free home. No senior week groups. Minimum age requirement is 25 years old. To hold your week, we require, along with the signed rental agreement, 50% deposit within 7 business days, with the balance due 30 days prior to check in. To reserve your week we will need the following information in order to email you a short term rental agreement: • Name(s) you want on the rental agreement • Home address • Home & Cell phone #'s • Personal email address • List of all occupants that will be staying in beach house Security deposits returned within 7 days of check out. Comfortable, Clean, Close to the Beach!
This was our very first time staying at the Jersey shore! We were a group of 4, my husband and I and his parents. But from the very beginning of asking Wendy questions about the property to the very end we had a great experience! Wendy was super responsive before and during our visit. When we arrived the place was super clean! This house is at an excellent location, close enough to the boardwalk to walk to, but far enough to be away from the busy-ness. And this house is a block from the beach! That was such a huge win and very important to us. This 2nd flr unit had 3 decks, one in front, one in the back and one roof top. We absolutely loved sitting out there during the day and night with the great weather. Inside the house the furniture was comfortable, and decoration very nice so we felt at home, The appliances were a bit outdated, but they worked just fine and we didn't have any issues. The entire check in and check out process was thoroughly explained so we didn't experience issues there either. Overall, we really enjoyed our first stay at the shore and would consider staying there again perhaps with more family members!

The Perfect Escape
My husband and two adult children and I needed some time away from things after the stay at home was lifted. We didn’t have to travel far to find such a lovely home in Ocean City, NJ. We were instantly comfortable in this spacious and sunny space. Everything we needed was there— fabulous kitchen with all the “tools”, very comfortable beds, beach chairs, parking— and meticulously clean!!! We loved the beautiful and quiet neighborhood and it’s close proximity to the beach. Not to mention the 3 deck options. It was truly a blessing to have a week in this space and lovely town. And thank you, Wendy, for being so responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommend!!!

Great stay!
This is a great property and we had a wonderful trip down the shore. The house has so much stuff from beach gear to games to make for a great trip. Almost a full five star rating - the dings come from: the dishes not being clean (we found the dishwashing pod still in the dishwasher suggesting that it never popped out to clean dishes, wish this was checked) and some other minor cleaning issues; and no enclosed outdoor shower (which was not advertised but would have be nice).
You will be smart to pick this place! Location is great and quiet.

Great Property
This house is very clean and well kept. The proximity to the beach was great with two toddlers and we appreciated the beach gear they allowed us to use. Wendy was a very responsive host and we would definitely consider staying at this house again in the future.

Great place to stay!
The place is so clean, airy, and comfortable. With large common areas and three bedrooms all with televisions, it could easily accommodate eight people without everyone getting in each other's way. The location couldn't be any better -- steps from the beach and two blocks from the boardwalk. We never used our car, we bicycled everywhere. Wendy, the owner, is very easy to deal with and very responsive to any questions or needs that you have. Will definitely stay here again.

Great location for our family!
We loved this location, it was perfect for our family at the end of August 2018. Clean and comfortable accommodations, a very short walk to the beach, an easy bike ride to the boardwalk, and plenty of street parking. We also enjoyed looking at the stars from the rooftop deck. We would definitely return if our schedule permits!

Great location, half block to the beach, lovely home
Very clean and nice. Located in a quiet neighborhood but you can easily drive to the boardwalk and walk half a block to the beach. Especially great for kids. Next time we are in Ocean City we will definitely book again.

Ocean City at it's finest!
We had a very enjoyable week in Ocean City. This property is perfectly located. We spent most of our time on the beach and easy to/from for lunch, etc. This home is clean and spacious. We cooked most of our meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. Our family of six was comfortable from meals and relaxing to sleeping arrangements. Loved the porches. The beach chairs were a nice bonus too - didn't have to lug them down! 2543 Central Ave had everything we could have asked for. We are looking forward to booking again next year!
