Once you arrive, you can conveniently park and enjoy all of the benefits that Ocean City has to offer without driving anywhere. This lovely rental with private entrance occupies the first floor and has 5 bedrooms / 4 bathrooms and sleeps 12 comfortably. There is 1 bedroom with King bed and private full bath, 1 bedroom with Queen bed and private bath, another bedroom with a Queen bed and 1 bedroom with a twin over full bunkbed and twin trundle. There is a full bath in the hall with a tub / shower. There is even a comfortable twin daybed with trundle on the ground floor bedroom and full bath as well! This amazing property has a beautifully furnished deck to relax and enjoy morning coffee, afternoon conversation and evening drinks. State-of-the-art technology throughout the home includes 6 TVs with cable, DVD player and high speed WIFI. We also offer easy, hassle-free keyless entry with smart locks. The spacious kitchen has state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar/island with seating for 4 and large dining room table that seats 8. The living room has 2 sofas, comfy oversized chair and plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The modern elegance of this beach home and its unbeatable location make this the perfect vacation getaway! To secure your vacation, we require a short-term rental agreement along with the first of two payments returned to us within seven days of receipt. We will email the rental agreement and you will review and sign. You will then return the signed agreement to us along with the first payment. The first payment includes 50% of the rental rate and the cleaning / linen service fee. The second and final payment is due 30 days prior to your check-in date and includes the remaining balance as well as a $500 refundable security deposit (returned after 7 business days of your checkout). To reserve your week, we will need the following information in order to email you the short-term rental agreement: - Name(s) you want on the rental agreement - Copy of individual's drivers license - Home address - Home and cell phone numbers - List of all occupants that will be staying at the beach house Please note that our vacation home is smoke-free, is not handicap accessible and we do not allow pets.
