7 Bedroom Victorian home (Including one large bedroom on the first floor), 4-1/2 baths, Sleeps 18 in beds, 1-1/2 blocks to Brighton Place beach.
Here stands a home rich in personality with charm that captures the heart. This was once our Mom's house (who is still with us and in her 90s). She ran it as a rooming house, pretty much in it's original condition. We purchased the home from her in 2012 and updated all of the rooms.
Not only do our guests love the house, but they've also commented on the large, grassy back yard for lawn games, covered picnic table where the grill is located, and the front wraparound porch. From this home, you could see the Fourth of July fireworks. This is located just a short walk to the beach, boardwalk, downtown Asbury shops, farmer's market, ice cream, restaurants, bakeries, supermarket, tennis courts, playground, etc. Not only does this home have room for the whole family, but the home also includes parking for 3-4 vehicles.
