Description
Located in the prestigious Gold Coast area, this spotless home is just two short blocks to the beach. This first-floor condo is on the bayside of Asbury Avenue. What does that mean for you? It means that the front porch gets shade in the afternoon so you can enjoy a cold drink on the front porch after a nice day at the beach. Features a master bedroom with a king-size bed, sliding glass doors out onto a deck and a master bathroom with a stall shower. The master bedroom also has a large flat screen tv. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a tv. The third bedroom offers a pyramid style bunk bed - a twin over a full. This bedroom also has plenty of storage space with both a tall dresser and drawers under the bottom bunk. The second full bathroom has a tub and shower. (Please note that the hall bath linen closet is locked at all times and is not available for use by renters.) There is a queen size pull out sleeper sofa in the main living room area. We offer two off-street parking spots (one in the garage and one on the driveway.) This house has plenty of space in the garage for all of your beach toys. Total sleeping for 9 people. 3 flat-screen TV's and 2 DVD players are also available. Outdoor furniture on the front deck includes a table and four chairs on one side and a love seat, coffee table and two chairs on the other side. SPOTLESS AND CONVENIENT!
Places within walking distance are the start of the boardwalk (rides require driving), restaurants, ice cream, park and playground. ONLY 5 BLOCKS to THE BOARDWALK for running or biking! Ocean City has a fabulous bike trail and an awesome boardwalk. It features the Music Pier with first-rate shows that you find online. Historic Cape May is about 30 minutes south and Atlantic City is about 25 minutes north. This vacation home is on the same block as Kessel's Korner. Kessel's is the famous ice cream and diner/restaurant, written up in Philadelphia Magazine.
Tenant provides bed linens, towels, and beach towels. Easy access on and off the island: Only one mile to the 34th street bridge. If you have ever tried to find a parking spot during the season, you can appreciate the value of 2 off-street parking spaces. Tenant is required to sign a lease. Your second deposit is sent directly to the owner by check or by cash through Pay Pal or Venmo. We return the security deposit no later than 45 days after checkout.
Sorry we do not do weekends during the season (i.e. Memorial Day through the end of September).

No smoking on the property which includes both the front and back decks as well as the interior of the house.
Will accept personal check for the initial deposit. If paying less than 2 weeks before check-in will require either PayPal or Venmo.

Clean and spacious!
We rented this property and all was exactly as advertised. House was clean with nice furniture. The location has easy access to the beach but is a distance to the boardwalk. That said, the beach near the house is nothing short of spectacular. Owner was very, very easy to deal. We would definitely consider staying there again. As a bonus, it is a block away from a little gem of a eatery - Kessel's Korner. This is some of the best and most reasonably priced food in Ocean City. Nothing fancy - but it will be an absolute "must stop" every time I'm in Ocean City.

Great clean rental
I stayed for a week with my family, one teenager and 2 small children. Walk to the beach was easy and convenient. Not close to the boardwalk but in my opinion it was so nice not being close to all the congestion. However, we had no issues finding on street parking when we decided to to do rides and just walk around (and we were there a busy holiday week)
House was clean and had all the things we needed for the week. Owner was great with communication and even recommended some great spots to eat.

Great stay
Spent a week with 5 adults. Spacious, clean and inviting home. Enjoyed the front porch for morning coffee and afternoon reading spot. Quick walk to the beach and an ice cream shop nearby.
Owner was great with communicating from initial inquiry and throughout the rental process.
Highly recommend!
