Spectacular location
We were here for a celebration of life. This house felt like home which made this difficult time feel easy. The deck was so enjoyable for family and friends. The beds were very comfortable. The house itself was very spacious and clean. Direct access to the beach made it a great time for us to enjoy the beautiful weather. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect house and location. We would highly recommend this house.

Our family had a wonderful vacation at this beautiful home! The house was clean and well-cared for and easily accommodated all 8 of us. The owners were so great to work with and very responsive. It was our first trip to OC and they recommended restaurants and activities. Great home and great vacation!

What a special property!
Our family of four spent two very memorable weeks at this wonderful beach front property. Nestled right into the dunes with an extra large deck that runs right from your living room out to the sand (a rare feature), the property feels more like a private beach club than a residence - as you're only a few dozen steps to the beach access path from any point. The inside is crisp, clean, and well maintained - hardwood floors throughout. Two beach facing screen doors fill the living area with the sound of the ocean when opened and provide ample natural light. Well appointed with a gas grill, all the appropriate kitchen accessories, and a variety of indoor / outdoor seating & lounging options. My wife, children, and I absolutely loved our time at this property and are already looking forward to going back!
