MINIMUM AGE LIMIT FOR RENTERS IS 25. Located 2 blocks from Ocean City’s Gold Coast beaches, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath shore house offers all the amenities of home including full kitchen, central air, cable TV, DVD player, plus a 2nd floor deck with a distant view of the ocean from the second floor deck, off street parking (3 spaces), outdoor enclosed shower, and accommodations for up to 8 people. Located on 31st street, it is convenient to surf shop, Dot's Pasteries, food shopping, cigar shop, salon, Hoys 5&10;, beaches and a short bike ride or jog to the 23rd street entrance of the boardwalk. Detail Rental Information: Smoke Detectors/Carbon Monoxide Detector: Smoke detectors are in every bedroom and in the main hallway. All units are inspected annually by the city and batteries replaced. Carbon Monoxide protector in the main hall is a stand-alone unit powered by battery. Garbage Disposal: Vegetable skins may jam the unit. There is a tool to crank the unit in the drawer to the left of the sink if it does get stuck. Also, there is a small red reset button underneath the unit. Detail Rental Information: Damage: Report any damage or other defects, such as an unclean unit, as soon after arrival as reasonably possible. All breakage and damage incurred during your occupancy must be reported to owner. You are responsible for any damage done by your guest or anyone in your party during your stay, normal wear and tear to be expected. City Ordinances and Requirements Ocean City enforces noise ordinances in order to maintain family appeal. They also require that trash be separated for recycling and be placed in designated areas for pick-up on the proper day. The City will fine the occupant if trash is not put out in acceptable containers. Trash cannot be put out in plastic bags. Owner’s Closet There is a locked closet in the hallway where our family keeps personal items. This door should remain locked. If you find it open, I would appreciate it if you would close and lock the door. There is plenty of closet space in the hall and bedrooms. Detail Rental Information: Barbeque You may leave the unit outside at all times on the walkway near the storage door. DO NOT COOK UNDERNEATH THE HOUSE OR IN THE STORAGE AREA. ALWAYS REMEMBER TO TURN PROPANE GAS OFF AT TANK BY TURNING CLOCKWISE. There are two tanks, one in use and a spare. If you run out of gas, please re-fill the spare tank at a local supplier. Typically, you will have to exchange the tank for one that they supply. To remove and install the filled tank PLEASE ONLY USE YOUR HANDS TO REMOVE AND REPLACE THE FILLED TANK. NO TOOLS REQUIRED

A very nice house and location is excellent for the beach. House was clean and well supplied with all your cooking and cleaning needs. Anthony is a very good landlord and easy to work with and always responds quickly. Would definitely recommend this house and would return myself!!

We loved the place as soon as we walked in! It was even better than the pictures and description! The décor was simple, yet tasteful and beachy. The kitchen was well stocked and the deck was my favorite place to be. We spent almost all of our "at home" time on the deck!
The place was clean and well-maintained. it was great not having to hunt for parking every day! Anthony was a gem to deal with, he was quite friendly and very accommodating.
As long as our group doesn't grow in numbers, we will definitely be making this our summer rental for years to come! Thank you for a wonder stay and great memories!

The house was just as pictured, except for the kitchen which has been updated and is lovely. The kitchen had all supplies we needed. The owner, Anthony, was wonderful with communication and questions. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach everyday. The storage room was great for bikes and beach supplies. There are great places a short bike ride or walk away- Hoys, Blitz, Wawa, Kessels, Dots, and Sandwich shop. The deck is wonderful and the neighbors are friendly. We would love to return!
The wifi/cable needs updating- however you can access it most other places on island.

We had great weather and a fun two weeks. House is in a very convenient location, close to beach and playground. Kitchen is well equipped and beds comfy. Outside shower was real handy for the kids!

We really enjoyed how peaceful and fun this rental property was. The downstairs neighbors were so sweet- and everything was clean, the kitchen well equipped, and the parking more than adequate. With the beautiful, in crowded beach just a quick walk away (and the best surf shop on the Gold Coast on the way!) we rarely got in our car and wer able to walk to get any ancillary supplies we needed.
A definite gem- plenty of space for 6-8 people and a great people watching deck as well!

We had an amazing stay here with our 3 children. The property was clean and well maintained with plenty of room for everyone. The location was perfect for us, just 2 blocks from beach and the best playground around! We were able to walk to a great ice cream shop and bakery. Thanks for a great vacation!

The location was great if you want to walk to the beach every day, which we did. 2 very short blocks and your toes are in the sand. Being in this area makes you farther away from the shops and resteraunts, but there are a few close by, within 3 blocks. Also the 34th street park is a wonderful mid-day activity that can be walked or ridden on a bike to.
The house was open and cozy. There was no wi-fi which made things difficult because I am used to finding information that way. Wi-fi is so inexpensive, that I felt it should have been there for the cost. The only other drawback is that the unit could use new mattresses and mattress covers. Overall, the bathrooms were great, lots of room in the kitchen, quiet street, lots of parking, air conditioning, good storage in the bedrooms. The bakery around the cornere made for delicious snacks and breakfast every day!
