Only 1 block to the beach and boardwalk. Reserve beach "wheel chairs" just down the street from us and access the beach via a handicap-friendly ramp at the entrance to the newly widened 5th Street Beach! Enjoy meals, games, and celebrations in our spectacular courtyard with seating for all. The courtyard is a fantastic space with beautiful outdoor furniture, pavers, a raised garden, and grill, making it an exceptional setting for celebrations! The rear courtyard is shared with Condo B (a 3 bedroom condo that sleeps 8 and may be added to this rental (VROCNJ listing 149).
This fabulous condo features the most desirable modern amenities including all new gourmet kitchen with Matte White Cafe appliances featuring a double oven, microwave drawer, 3-tier dishwasher, beautifully tiled bathrooms, central air, wide plank flooring, high-speed Internet, a 55" HDTV, 32” to 42” HDTV smart tvs in 3/5 bedrooms.
The interior boasts a 36" wide, leaded glass front door and a wide hallway, making it easy to navigate the condo. There are no steps leading into the condo or into the courtyard. Beautifully decorated and furnished, the condo features recessed lighting and comfortable Casper mattresses for a good night's sleep. Our guests love the open concept living/dining/kitchen with pantry and stacked LG super size washer and dryer conveniently located adjacent to the kitchen.
The condo has five guest bedrooms and 2 full baths. Bedrooms #1, 2 and 3 have queen beds, Bedroom #4 has two double beds, and Bedroom #5 has two single beds.
Please be advised that the ceilings and most doorways in Condo A are approximately 82" high, but the door leading to the courtyard is 72" high. There are no steps leading into the condo. Sheets and towels are NOT included but can be provided by Sheets to the Wind.
If you need more space, Condo B has 3 bedrooms/2 baths for 8 guests (VROCNJ #149) and/or the Main House, Condo C has 3+ bedrooms/2 baths for 8 guests (VROCNJ #158), Condo D has 7 bedrooms 3 bathrooms and 2 half baths for 17 guests (VROCNJ #147). Rent the entire 4-condo property (VROCNJ Listing #150) for up to 40 guests! Great for family reunions, weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, retreats, youth groups, scouts & more.
Location: We are 1 block to the guarded beach, boardwalk, shuffleboard courts, track, football/soccer field, beach volleyball, & basketball courts, & a half block to the 12 tennis courts - 6 turf, 6 clay. A terrific skate park is just a few blocks away - helmets and pads are required. Stroll the 2-mile boardwalk & find hundreds of shops, eateries (fudge, salt water taffy, ice cream, pizza, funnel cake, French fries, snow cones, popcorn, candy apples and more!), 2 amusement piers, mini-golf courses, escape rooms, gift shops, souvenirs, clothing stores, jewelry, & much more. Nearby, you can rent bikes to ride on the boardwalk. At the bay, you can participate in many water sports including jet skiing, boating, deep-sea fishing, whale & dolphin watching, parasailing & more. Within walking distance you will find many restaurants; several remain open year-round. A few blocks away is Asbury Avenue, the shopping district of OC, with over 100 specialty shops. Weekly summer events within just a few blocks include a fabulous farmer's market, Family Nights on Asbury, & Family Nights on the Boardwalk. Impeccably renovated. Lovely front and rear courtyards, gas grill, two (2) off-street parking spaces & private fully enclosed outdoor shower. The entire property has been beautifully landscaped with EP Henry pavers, raised gardens, gorgeous flowers and pretty trees. In-season, seven night minimum Sat - Sat; off-season, three night minimum.

Wonderful Property & the Kindest Owners
We had a lovely time and really enjoyed our stay here. The property was very clean, well maintained, and the owners went above and beyond for us on more than one occasion. We were incredibly pleased and grateful to have stayed!

Wonderful experience!!!
Staying in this condo was a great experience! The location was perfect, close to the beach and boardwalk but not in a noisy area. It was very convenient to be able to park my vehicle at the house. The property was beautiful inside and out, as well as impeccably clean and well-maintained. All amenities described in the listing were more than satisfactory. The outdoor seating area was great for dinners with family and guests. Beach tags made available to borrow were awesome and a great money-saver. Owners were kind, helpful, easy to get a hold of, and wonderful people!!! Easily the best renting experience I've ever had having rented houses in Ocean City for the past few years.

Beach weekend with the team
Our women's xc team (12 total) had wonderful weekend in Condo A. We felt like little kids walking into this house discovering all the rooms and cute decor. The outdoor space on the porch and patio was fantastic and large enough for us all to spread out and relax in the beautiful and warm mid-Oct weather. At night after walking down and along the beach in the moonlight we were able to hook up our laptops to the big tv and watch chickflicks and eat icecream! For dinner one night we cooked chili in the crockpot. The house had everything we needed and more. We loved all being together and bonding in such a comfy setting. It was a very charming and clean place to stay and for a group of our size it was at a price that couldn't be beat. Sue the owner was very responsive to my many questions with the booking and patient with getting my payment to go through with my school's account. She even checked in with us after the stay to make sure everything went well.

Loved The Patio!
We enjoyed our stay here! Very quaint and cute! Our favorite features were the front and back patio areas!! Great for wheelchair access into the house. The only negative for us was the problems we kept having getting the Wifi to work. One in our group had a hot spot, so we ended up using that. Overall though we loved our stay here and would rent it again.

Great location!
My family & I had a great time in Condo B. The extra large bunk beds room was great for the kids. Clean, comfortable and very homey in a great location. Close to everything & I think 5th Street Beach is our new go-to when we visit.
Sue & Polly couldn't have been nicer and we knew we were in good hands.

Outstanding!
We couldn't have had a more perfect time. We watched the fireworks right from the front of the house and there were tons of things to do throughout the weekend to celebrate the July 4th holiday. The condo was amazing - really spacious and comfortable. We felt like we were at home! The pebble floor in the tile shower made me feel like I was at the spa. The appliances look and function as if they are brand new (which I'm pretty sure the refrigerator with the front water dispenser is!) Our boys absolutely loved the PlayStation II that was in their bedroom and the girls (including the adults!) loved the hundreds of books. There was such a wide selection that even my husband found some he liked. When we wanted to "people watch", we sat in the front of the house among all of the gorgeous flower gardens. When we wanted to have a little more privacy, we sat in the courtyard among the climbing mandevillas. We BBQ'd a few nights as well. It was so nice to stay so close to the beach and the boardwalk. The owners Sue and Polly think of absolutely everything and make you feel like a favorite family member instead of "just" a renter. We will be back!

Loved our vacation!
We loved our week in Condo A! The location is perfect. Close to the beach and boardwalk, but on a quiet street. The kitchen was clean and well stocked. Some nights we ate dinner outside in the courtyard. Very child friendly with books, movies, and games. Can't say enough nice things! Thank you Victoria Inn!

I have stayed in the main house it is a beautiful place this year I tried condo A.it was a very nice condo extra wide hallway and shower for the handicapped person, we enjoyed the very comfy leather sofa.The back patio was very spacious and inviting.Sue and Polly are very nice and helpful.We enjoy walks on the beach and bike riding.Sue and Polly recommended a fabulous restaurant for breakfast that was located on Asbury Street.Can not wait until next year

Great place to stay
Great time was had by all. Property was very convenient to beach and boardwalk. Owners were very attentive and helpful, they even helped us retain street parking in addition to having 2 off street parking spots for us. Pictures and description of property are accurate, we were also given a tour of the rest of the property. Everything was clean, well maintained and updated. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend and hopefully will return ourselves next year.

Top spot in OC
We have rented all three of these units in the past. This last time, we stayed in condo A. The condo was fully renovated with brand new flat screen TVs in all the rooms and new furniture in most of the rooms. All around, the place was beautiful. The condo is just down the street from the beech. So this made it a very easy commute to go back and forth. Wonderland is right there too. Close enough to walk to but, just far enough away that you don't here any noise. If plan on vacationing in OC, this is the best spot to be.
