Location is amazing - house was perfect for our large family vacation. The houses were clean
Pretty up to date on one side very nice and updated on the other side nicely decorated too

Fabulous stay!
Great house for a big get together! We took some time after a college reunion for a prolonged get together and it was perfect. Right on the beach for long walks. It was great to have the two public spaces and kitchens, and there were lots of kitchen equipment and dishes! The bedrooms were well appointed and the house was beautifully light and airy!
We had a super relaxing time and felt that the house really made that possible!

Fantastic house for vacation with a big family!
Memorial Day Weekend 2019
This is the perfect house for a vacation with friends and family. The house has a phenomenal view of the ocean and comfortable outside seating. It’s just steps from the beach in an area that didn’t get too crowded. Its a mirror image on each side and offered plenary of space for adults and children. You can get from one side to the other without going outside and there were 3 refrigerators, 3 washer dryers and a beverage fridge. The upgrades are nice and there are plenty of dishes, pots and pans and silverware for a large group. The bedrooms are a good size but note that there isn’t any room for air mattresses except in the masters. There are plenty of beach chairs, several umbrellas and toys for kids. The landlord was very responsive and flexible. We will definitely stay here again! Thanks so much for a wonderful experience!

Beautiful Beach House on the beach with great views on every level
We rented this property as we got married on the beach and used the house for many of our guests to stay. We stayed there as well. The house is 2 units connected so has 2 full kitchens, several washers and dryers, plenty of space to still enjoy privacy, definitely never on top of anyone, it was actually pretty funny finding people because of the place and size. The views off the property were amazing, hearing the ocean, watching.sunrise and set. Hearing in master bedrooms the ocean getting up in the morning was amazing. The house is very clean and nicely decorated. This was my 1st time renting a property and can do nothing but praise this place!!!! Amazing and thanks for offering your home Julie !!!!!

Beautiful views, steps away from the beach, well appointed and tastefully decorated with room enough for both gathering and privacy, our family had a wonderful time.

great layout and location
solid house. we used both sides and had access from top and middle deck. plenty of beds and sitting areas. big kitchen, we cooked dinner and breakfast every day. plenty of fridge room for all our stuff. TVs everywhere for the football and baseball games. golf weekend. we never know how it will work out, but it did.

Fantastic Stay at Beach Front Home!
We had the best family reunion at this fantastic beach front property! This lovely home is modern, roomy, and super clean. The 2 Master Bedrooms are especially large and comfortable with covered beachfront decks. Top Decks (off the living room and kitchen/dining, and where everyone tends to congregate) are also spacious and provide excellent views of the Ocean, and are great for daytime sunning or moon watching after dinner. Parking was great, with garage parking for 4 cars plus driveway parking that can fit another 4 side by side. Comfortable beds with a TV in every bedroom, and oversized couches in large living areas make it easy for family to gather to visit or watch big screen TVs. Great attention to detail with nice decor, beach chairs, beach toys, books and board games. Two kitchens & two living room and dining areas make it easy to have group time, or quiet time if you need to get some work done while on vacation. Full bathrooms abound all over the house, but it is noteworthy that the Bottom level has 2 full baths for easy beach cleanup plus 2 big outdoor BBQ grills that we used to grill steaks one night for our large family. We are an active family, so having easy access to multiple washers and dryers on the Second level made us very happy! Property owner was genuine and very attentive to our needs, wanting to make sure we had a good stay. Get the linen service provided by the property owner - priceless!
