Fabulous renovation of a classic Ocean City beach home. Top to Bottom renovation within the last couple of years. Terrific Garden's location - only 7 houses from the beach! Incredible front porch and front deck. Two Bedrooms upstairs (queen and two bunk beds) with one full bath and one bedroom (queen bed) downstairs with one full bath. Private yard with grill and dining area as well as an enclosed outside shower and changing room. Walk to the beach, bike to the boardwalk, barbecue outside, have your coffee on the front porch and have a glass of wine on the second floor deck as the sun sets. This location is magical because you can park your car, enjoy quiet living and then bike to the Boardwalk or the Avenue when you want more activity. House includes bikes, beach chairs, and beach tags and an ocean kayak! Rentals are weekly. Inquire about long weekends pre and post season. Reviews from 2018, 2019 tenants: "Dan, the owner, was available via email to answer any questions prior to arrival. He was able to be flexible about check in time and continued to make us feel welcome by answering email questions during our stay. The home had many amenities throughout including a well appointed kitchen for cooking, serving and entertaining. The home is very tastefully decorated and comfortable at the same time. The outdoor spaces in addition to the porches include a grass backyard, outdoor eating area, grill and an unenclosed outdoor shower. The neighboorhood homes are stunning and the overall feel of the neighboorhood is unique to The Gardens. The beach is just a quick 2 minute walk. The beach here is a very special part of the island, it's quiet yet family friendly and very beautiful! I'd certainly like to return to this property!"

Policies
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

Perfect quiet family beach house
This house is situated on an idyllic block in the Gardens. The location is just about perfect - steps to the beach, easy walkable access to quieter streets of the north end, and a quick jaunt to downtown OCNJ/boardwalk area. The house itself is charming and perfect for a medium sized family with 3 good sized bedrooms, 2 full baths, and an incredible outdoor shower in the back that was the favorite of everyone in the house when coming back from the beach. Kitchen is well appointed with new appliances. There are two porches for taking in scenic views of the neighborhood - one upstairs, and one downstairs. Backyard is also a great space with a large table and lush green lawn. Highly recommend - this is about as good as it gets at the beach!

Beautiful Updated Home with Classic OC Charm
We stayed at the home in September for a late summer getaway and it could not have been more perfect. The home is in great shape. The upgrades made and fixtures are high quality and the reno was done well. The home still retains so much of that classic OC charm. Open the windows and enjoy the amazing breeze in the living area. Kid friendly. Great location. Great landlord. Highly recommend.

Our Gardens getaway!
We spent our summer vacation at this home in the
Gardens. It was our home away from home with all of the amenities we needed and it was near the beach. It was just the right size for our family & friends to come and visit us. Thanks for the memories!
