Wonderful in Every Way
My adult sons and I rent in Ocean City each year to celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday with family. Of all the places we have rented in the past, this was by far our favorite! It is a wonderful place to relax by the fireplace after a day of walking on the boardwalk, or shopping downtown and seeing Santa Claus light the official Christmas tree. The host, Julie, could not have been more attentive to any of our questions and truly wants her guests to have all the comforts of home...and it does. We can't wait to return next year!

So Relaxing
This property made me feel so relaxed the moment I arrived. I can't even pinpoint what it was just the feel and comforts of home. My husband and I just need to get away and relax and this was the perfect fit, close to the beach where we took walks, close to the boardwalk where we enjoyed the halloween parade, and close to the restaurants to get out to eat. We only drove once and that was just to explore the sights. We already booked our next stay! :)

Beautiful house! Amazing location on Wesley! One block to beach and boards!
My husband and I and our adult children had a wonderful week staying at this very well-appointed home close to the beach and boardwalk. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything you need. We especially enjoyed the 3 decks! This is now our go-to place to stay when we are in OCNJ!

Perfect Property
My husband and I rented this second story condo during the off season. We invited our three adult children and their significant others to join us for all or part of the week. The four-bedroom, two-bath home had plenary of space. We really enjoyed the the outdoor spaces, especially the roof-top deck. The property was clean and the kitchen was well-appointed allowing us to cook some of our meals. The property is very close to the boardwalk and included two bicycles, beach chairs, and umbrellas which we took advantage of. The owner was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We will definitely consider staying here again and highly recommend this property.

Wonderful Stay!
I don't normally write reviews but felt I must because working with Julie was great! You know all of the things you forget to bring when you go on vacation like dish soap, trash bags, and paper towels? They were provided and so much more. There was even a box of salt water taffy waiting for us when we arrived. It is obvious that Julie wants her guests to have a wonderful stay. We were only there for one night during the off season but had a great time. We especially enjoyed riding the two bikes that were provided. The place was very clean and comfortable and made even better by being able to bring our dog along. Looking forward to renting again!

Fabulous Beach Getaway steps from everything!
To say we had an amazing time at this house is an understatement! It is huge, beautifully kept and close to everything. The welcoming living room has a sectional that easily fit 4 adults and 2 kids. Also a comfortable chair with an ottoman in the same space. Open concept living/dining with comfortable, roomy seating for 6 at the table and 4 at the kitchen island. Beautiful and comfortable chairs. Kitchen had everything you could imagine. Knives that actually cut! Stainless cook wear! The long hallway helped the bedrooms feel private. Large laundry room with detergent. Nice sized queen bedroom with storage. Large room with bunks, bottom is a full! Another large bedroom with twin beds and the master with a super comfortable king! All rooms had TV’s! The master also looks out over one OF THREE decks! The hall bath was perfect and had a nice deep tub. We spent evenings on the front deck, but the back deck was just as nice. We didn’t even check out the roof deck because the other two were more than enough. Absolutely private enough to have 2 families who love being together but also appreciate time alone! Two short sets of steps with sturdy handrails. My elderly parents had no problems getting up and down. Literally a block and half from the boardwalk! We had a blast going for walks and spent the days at the guarded 12th street beach. Easy walk with ramps. Close to everything but also quiet! Garage was AWESOME! Had bikes, beach stuff just beyond my expectations. I’ve been coming to the shore for 20 years and never stayed in such a wonderful place. Five stars plus!

Relaxing Memorial Day Weekend at Sunrest!
Our stay at Sunrest was absolutely wonderful. The check-in process was easy, the place was immaculately clean, and the location is perfect -- a block from the beach and boardwalk. I cannot express enough how helpful and delightful Julie, our host, was. Despite the rainy long weekend there was more than enough "community" space for us to sit around a table and play Catan or other board/video games. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here during your trip to OCNJ! We look forward to returning in the future.

Wonderful Stay!
We planned a Mom and Daughter weekend for our HS Seniors since they have missed out on so much this past year. The owner Julie was wonderful, made checking in easy and was easy to contact if we needed anything. The house was perfect! The location, and all the amenities - it was well stocked! The weather was fantastic as well! We all had the best time! I would definitely rent this house again in the near future!
