To secure your vacation, we require a signed short term rental agreement along with the first of two payments returned to us within seven business days of receipt. We will email you a short term rental agreement for you to review and sign. You will then return the signed agreement to us along with the first of two payments. The second and final payment, which is the remaining balance, is due 30 days prior to the check-in date.
To reserve your week we will need the following information in order to email you a short term rental agreement:

Our home is Smoke Free and we don’t allow pets. We would love to have your family spend your summer vacation in our beautiful, new, and very modern home that's only a 2 block walk to the infamous OC Boardwalk or the quaint downtown neighborhood (either direction....cars not needed for this location!). The unit is handicap friendly with no steps inside the unit...however, there are approximately 15 steps up the front porch or down to the garage from inside the house...We provide pillows and blankets only. Please remember to bring bath/beach towels and sheets.

The beaches at Ocean City stretch eight miles down the coast. From the last week of June until the end of the summer, lifeguards are stationed at regular intervals along the shore to protect beachgoers in the ocean.

The famous Ocean City Boardwalk is a hub of activity in the morning, throughout the day, and at night. Wonderful Beach House
Our stay was wonderful. The owner Wendy was amazing. Made booking the vacation very easy. The house had everything you would ever need. Place was super clean and so beautiful. Better in person than the pics. Very close to beach, boardwalk. Acme you could walk to and playground for the little kids. Would definately recommend this home. We had a wonderful family vacation. We will be going back!

Mini Family Getaway
We officially called the getaway Grandparents weekend. My son was thrilled that both sets of grandparents were able to enjoy a great family getaway. The condo was the perfect size for 6 adults and 2 kids. It was perfect having everything basically on the main level. We prepared breakfast and dinner at home all together. We would venture out for lunch and activities. The condo centrally located and walkable to many stores and great food.

Amazing family vacation!
My family and I had a wonderful vacation week in OCNJ. Wendy was so helpful in the booking process and with providing us updates on the potential for early check in. She was very easy to reach when we had questions about the grill and other items. The house was very well equipped for all ages and in a fantastic location, with easy walking distance to the beach, boardwalk and town. We enjoyed sitting on the deck at night playing cards and watching the people go by after we returned from the boardwalk. The streets were easy to bike/run on without too much traffic. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the layout of the house was great for organizing the best sleeping arrangements for the various ages of kids. We would definitely consider renting this property again next year.

Perfect escape during these strange times
Great location in Ocean City! Walking distance to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants and downtown. Great layout with large personal and communal spaces. Includes everything you may need to cook in the kitchen or even bring to the beach. Perfect house to share with multiple families, especially the extra game room downstairs. Since many restaurants were only open for outdoor dining, we spent most of our time just eating on the front porch enjoying each others company. Wendy was always easy to reach out to with any questions. Would definitely recommend!

Great weekend destination
Our friend group had an amazing time during our stay. The property was as listed and had enough room for all 15 of us. The location was excellent for going to the beach or the boardwalk.
